"Grow your own skin ", Jars, Kombucha culture, tea and suger. The Kombcha (also known as SCOBY), is a symbiotic of about 32 different kinds of microorganisms, which nurture each other. The Kombucha ferments sweetened tea and creates a potion (pH 3) and contains low Ethanol component. The Kombucha potion is known for its Anti-aging qualities.
